Florida Handyman Limitations
Florida is a handyman friendly state. I can do a wide range of services without a contractor’s license, which is pretty nice if you want to get some work Done.
As a Handyman in Florida, we don't need a state license for miscellaneous non-structural work, such as minor carpentry, door repairs, paneling, tile installation and window repair. However, any structural work, such as building, home renovations, and roofing work, will require a Florida general contractor license. I have a few Business contacts who are Licensed Contractors and can work on a wide range of Remodeling work if you have a need for that type of work just let us know.
